REGISTER YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN FOR ALL OF OUR 2017-2018 RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAMS
on Sunday, August 6, 2017 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. or on Sunday, August 27, 2017 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Parish Hall.
You may also register in the Parish Office during the entire month of August. The Parish Office is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m and on Friday’s from 9 a.m. until 12 noon.
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CLASSES - Kindergarten through 8th grade
Classes are held on Sunday morning’s from 9:15 until 10:45 a.m. Please note: if you have a child who will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation during their 9th grade year the student needs to be enrolled in our 8th grade program. This is in line with the diocesan requirement.
CONFIRMATION PREPARATION PROGRAM - 9TH grade or higher
Confirmation classes are held on Sunday evenings from 6:15 until 8 p.m. The Sacrament of Confirmation is administered to 9th grade students or higher who have completed the necessary preparation steps. Registration for Confirmation includes our High School Youth Group.
HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP
Our High School Youth Group meets each Sunday evening from 6:15 until 8 p.m. All Confirmation students are strongly encouraged to join us for High School Youth Group when Confirmation class is not being held.
MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP
Our Middle School Youth Group (grades 6-8) meets on Wednesday’s from 6 until 7 :30 p.m. in the Parish Hall. Join us for a light meal, fun time and a brief faith formation segment each Wednesday evening starting in September.
Register your child/children in grades K through 6 for our Children’s Choir led by 11:00 a.m. Mass cantor Lisa Ingram. Your children will prepare to sing during the 11 a.m. Sunday Mass as well as have fun during our Monday evening rehearsals.
K through 8th grade Religious Education Classes - $50 per child or a maximum of $100 per family.
Confirmation Preparation Program & High School Youth Group - $40 per child.
Middle School Youth Group $35 per child.
Please note: No child/family will be turned away due to financial limitations.
The parishioners listed below have volunteered their time and talent to Religious Education of our children and adults who are learning more about the faith and are preparing for the sacraments through the Rite of Christian Initiation during this new pastoral year.
