To host an event in our Parish, the Event Form linked below needs to be submitted for approval two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.

*Please note that an event request is for the purpose of getting approval for your event and you are still required to submit an announcement request in order to have your event published and marketed to the parish.
Announcement Request
Please submit your announcement request through the Form below. We ask that you do not send any requests via email or in person.
Announcement requests may only be made after an event request has been submitted.
Announcements may include some or all of the following: Bulletin, Social Media, Parish App, E-mail Blast, Text Blast, Website, Pulpit, Newsletter.
Form must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to publication. Please note: Submissions for the newsletter must be sent in no later than two weeks prior to the first of the month. For example, a request for something to go in the February Newsletter must be submitted no later than January 18. This allows us sufficient time to edit and publish by the newsletter by the first of each month.
All requests are reviewed prior to publication. The Pastor reserves the right to not publish announcements as he sees fit. Once approved, the editor reserves the right to edit the diction and length of your announcement. Only announcements that target the entire parish family will be included. Information about internal meetings should be disseminated by emails or phone calls.
Please include your contact information in the announcement. Do not direct people to call the Parish Office for more information about your event. Any Ad needs to be uploaded in the Form above - either as a DOC, PDF, or JPEG file.
Mass Intention
Offering a Mass is a Catholic tradition that is almost as old as the Church itself. Records dating back to as early as the year 180 show evidence of early Christians having a Mass said for a loved one. Because the Mass is the highest form of worship on Earth, there are many fruits and graces that result from having a Mass said! To request a Mass intention, please fill out the form below.

Wednesday Special Intention
For those who would like to have their intentions remembered without waiting extended periods of time, the Wednesday 12:15 p.m. Mass is offered for all "Wednesday Intentions" requested that week. Intentions are to be submitted by 11:50 each Wednesday as they will be announced prior to Mass that same day. All gifts are donated to our Assistance Ministry in order to help our neighbors in need.
