Guidelines for Submitting an Announcement
SUBMISSION
Please submit your announcement request through the Form below. Do not send any requests via email or in person.
FORMAT
We recommend using the following example to format your announcement:
1. Who
2. What
3. When
4. Where
5. A brief description
6. A contact person with phone number and/or email
DEADLINE
Form must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to publication.
Please note: Submissions for the newsletter must be sent in no later than two weeks prior to the first of the month. For example, a request for something to go in the February Newsletter must be submitted no later than January 18. This allows us sufficient time to edit and publish by the newsletter by the first of each month.
INCLUSION
All requests are reviewed prior to publication. The Pastor reserves the right to not publish announcements as he sees fit. Once approved, the editor reserves the right to edit the diction and length of your announcement.
CONTENT
Only announcements that target the entire parish family will be included. Information about internal meetings should be disseminated by emails or phone calls.

Any Ad needs to be uploaded in the Form above - either as a DOC, PDF, or JPEG file.
