To Enlighten Up Our Souls
Immaculate Conception Masses
Corpus Christi will celebrate Mass for the Immaculate Conception at 8:30 AM and again at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 9. Both Masses will be in English.
As the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception falls on the Second Sunday of Advent this year, Bishop Thomas Paprocki, chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops Committee on Canonical Affairs and Church Governance, received instruction that its observance be celebrated the following day, Monday, Dec. 9, and it remains a holy day of obligation.
