REGISTRATION FORM

Registration for the upcoming 2024-2025 faith formation year is open. 
We are excited to begin the upcoming year and know what a gift it is to share in your family's faith formation journey. 
Please click on the link below to register your child(ren). 

There will be in-person registration on Sunday, July 21st and August 4th from 9:30-11:00 AM in the Parish Hall for any Hispanic and English families that need assistance with registration.  

Parent meetings will be held on Sunday, August 11th, for all programs
in the Parish Hall.  Schedules and expectations for the year will be
​provided at the parent meetings.  

​9:00 AM Family Catechesis (Grades K-5)
9:30 AM First Holy Communion
10:00 AM Year 1 Confirmation
10:30 AM Edge (Grades 6-8)
​6:15 PM Year 2 Confirmation (Parent & Child)
