Carmen M. Wilson Director Children, Youth, Young Adult Ministries
We are very happy to announce Carmen Wilson as the new full-time leader of the Corpus Christi Children, Youth, and Young Adult Ministries. Not only will her leadership in this new role strengthen the efficiency of our present organizational structure, but Carmen’s hiring will ensure the Parish office is adequately staffed to meet the pastoral needs of Corpus Christi and support ongoing efforts and goals.
As many of you are aware, Carmen has volunteered as a Corpus Christi catechist for numerous years. In addition to assisting the Youth Ministry since 2020, Carmen was our Second Grade catechist for the First Holy Communion program for 10 years. She also directed our Vacation Bible School program for six years.
Carmen has always exhibited exceptional work ethic and administrative abilities. She has spent much of her professional career in the medical field as an office manager. And while her professional career has seen no shortage of talent and determination, Carmen’s most precious title is that of being a wife and mother. She and her wonderful husband Richard are the parents of Grant Wilson. Together, she and Rich are outstanding examples of living out the Catholic faith and sharing God’s love and mercy with everyone they meet. We are excited to have Carmen as the leader of this new role.
Please join Father Joseph, Father Gustavo and the staff in giving her a big warm welcome, as we pray together to St. Joseph, model of workers, that through the guidance of his foster Son, Jesus Christ, she may use her strength and talents to make visible God’s creation to our children, youth, and young adult community.
