THE SACRAMENTS
DISCOVERING THE TREASURES OF DIVINE LIFE
Some of the most important and necessary building blocks of human life are so often taken for granted: water, air, fire, food. We live each day without any sense of gratitude for these blessings that sustain our physical life. And so it is for our spiritual life. The Sacraments are the very lifeblood of our soul, yet in the midst of our busy lives, we can fail to understand their power and importance. Without them, we are spiritually dead. With them, the very life of God runs through us.

THE BIBLE
LISTENING VIA THE CORPUS CHRISTI WEBSITE
Listen to the entire Bible in 365 episodes through the Corpus Christi website, provided by Father Mike Schmitz with commentary, reflection, and prayer along the way. Unlike any other Bible program, Ascension’s The Bible in a Year follows the reading plan inspired by The Great Adventure Bible Timeline. You won’t just read the Bible in a year, you will finally understand how all the pieces of the Bible fit together to tell an amazing story that continues in your life today. |

STATIONS OF THE CROSS
SCHEDULE
|
The Stations of the Cross are a 14-step Catholic devotion that commemorates Jesus Christ's last day on Earth as a man. The 14 devotions, or stations, focus on specific events of His last day, beginning with His condemnation. The stations are commonly used as a mini-pilgrimage as we move from station to station. At each station, we briefly recall and meditate on a specific event from Christ's last day. Specific prayers are recited, then we move to the next station until all 14 are complete. |

If you are a parent of a high schooler, please have him/her join us on Saturday, March 13, at 8:00 a.m. |
