MESSAGE FROM FATHER JOSEPH Happy Thanksgiving Dear parishioners, my warmest wishes for a most Blessed Thanksgiving Holiday. Thanksgiving is traditionally a time of year when we gather with family and friends in sincere gratitude for God’s abundant blessings in our lives. As we give thanks for our blessings, we must remember the One who blesses us. I encourage you to spend time with our Lord in prayer and especially at Mass, to thank Him for the many blessings, seen or unseen, that you have received and also for the gift of the Eucharist. The word “Eucharist” means thanksgiving and we have no more perfect way to thank the Father than to join ourselves to Christ’s perfect act of praise and thanksgiving. Entering into the holiday season this year, it is with great joy and hope that I extend to you and your family best wishes for a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving!
