We want to take this opportunity to express how grateful we feel to be part of a such devoted, selfless, giving and loving community. Thanksgiving is traditionally a time of year when we gather with family and friends in sincere gratitude for God’s abundant blessings in our lives. As we give thanks for ours, let us remember the One who blesses us as we encourage each other to spend time with our Lord in prayer, especially at Mass, to thank Him for the many blessings seen or unseen that we have received, above all the gift of the Eucharist. The word Eucharist means thanksgiving and we have no more perfect way to thank the Father than to join ourselves to Christ’s perfect act of praise and thanksgiving. Entering into the holiday season this year, it is with great joy and hope that we extend to you and your family our warmest wishes for a most blessed and very happy Thanksgiving Holiday. May the Lord Jesus Christ, who never ceases to give thanks to His loving Father, raise His arms of benediction over us all on Thanksgiving Day.
